CONCERT DAY SCHEDULE:

Festsaal, Münchner Künstlerhaus

**ALL performers are expected to attend their ensemble rehearsal. Please note your ensemble’s arrival time.

11:30 – RABB sound and set-up team arrives (Davy, Elaine, Jess, Richard, Ray: Joao and Daniel arr. asap)

13:15 – RABB arrive to be on stage for sound check 13:20 at the latest

13:40 – Singers arrive – warm up in one of the rehearsal spaces

14:00 – Singers on stage; rehearsal

15:20 – Singers’ transitions

15:25 – Orchestra – set-up and tuning

15:40 – Singers & Orchestra Hallelujah; Singers dismissed

15:55 – 16:10 Orchestra rehearsal Walking in the Air

16:10 – 16:30 Nutcracker Suite (Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy, Waltz of the Flowers)

16:30 – 16:55 Sleigh Ride (percussion be there 16:20)

16:55 – Orchestra dismissed

17:00 – ALL CALL; arrive in concert attire to the Festsaal

17:05 – Group pictures

17:30 – Doors open

18:00 – CONCERT STARTS

Künstlerhaus
The entrance to the Künstlerhaus is around the corner from L’Osteria – on the left side of the building- in Maxburgstraße
Walk diagonally across the courtyard to the main door.
The Festsaal is upstairs.

Your Belongings: Please take ALL of your things (instruments, bags, etc.) to the Festsaal when you arrive.
We will have access to the Room Club 1 (3rd Floor, 6 levels up, there is a lift), but there are no private rooms for changing.
Come as concert-ready as possible.

Abendkasse:
If any tickets are still available, there will be an Abendkasse opening at 17:30  on concert day at Künstlerhaus.

Don’t forget:

• Orchestra – music stands will NOT be provided, bring your own! and your music must be in a black folder!
  
• Singers – you must have your music in a black folder! 
• Big Band – Please put your music in a BLACK FOLDER where possible.

Dress Code

Orchestra:

• Men: black trousers, white shirts, black jacket, black shoes; can wear colorful or seasonally themed tie, bow tie or pocket square.
• Ladies: all black; black shoes; colorful accent.
• Diverse: Pick your favourite

Singers:

• Men: black trousers, white shirts, black jacket, black shoes; can wear colorful or seasonally themed tie, bow tie or pocket square.
• Women all black, black shoes, colorful accent above the waist and visible from the front.
• Diverse: Pick your favourite

Big Band

• Black/ black – burgundy braces/ suspenders; Singers as always – simply look fabulous!

No food or drink will be provided at the venue.
