SCHEDULE
- 11:00 – 11:15 Halle 3 and Halle 4 – Finley, Léa, Frances, Jola, Technician from the Einsteinkultur: general check, raisers set
- Helpers arrives at Halle 4, prepare music stands and chairs for instrumentalists (back stage), set the desk and chair for the box office
- 11:30 – Soundcheck – Ensembles Group 2 – Halle 4 (Halle 3 available for rehearsal if needed)
- 11:45 – Soundcheck – Ensembles Group 1 – Halle 4 (Halle 3 available for rehearsal if needed)
- 12:15 – 12:30 – Singers warm up in Halle 3,
- 12:30 – 13:00 – Singers rehearse in Halle 4
- 13:30 – 14:30 – ALL: run through – tops and tails, transitions rehearsal
- 14:20 – Box office set, tickets on sale from 14:30
- 14:30 – Doors open
- 14:50 – ALL CALL; arrive in concert attire – Halle 3
- 15:00 – CONCERT STARTS
- 16:05 – Group photos
- 16:30 – Doors open, Box office – tickets on sale
- 17:00 – CONCERT STARTS
- Ensembles Group 1 – members of the ESME Sigers
- Ensembles Group 2 – Annie+BB, Liselotte
Ensembles – please arrive before the rehearsal time to warm up and prepare your equipment (eg. music stands, chairs etc)
No food or drink will be provided at the venue. The venue will operate a bar, but it will not be on our schedule!
Bring water and snacks with you!

For those unfamiliar with the venue: The entrance is from Einsteinstraße 42 (NOT the office at number 34!) through the archway below then to the right through the glass atrium down the stairs.
Nearest Public transport:
U4 and U5, Tram 19, 21, 37 to Max-Weber-Platz

There are discounts for children, students and unemployed (upon proof). Children below 7 sitting on an adult’s lap are free (Schoßkind).
Abendkasse:
If any tickets are still available, there will be an Abendkasse opening at 14:30-15:00 and at 16:30-17:00 on concert day at Einstein Kultur.
There might be some retourned tickets on the concert day but we are not organizing that.

DRESS CODE
- all black, black or colorful shoes
- colorful accent: an accent above the waist and visible from the front, eg. silk flower, jewelry, shawl, or colorful or seasonally themed tie, bow tie or pocket square
- small ensembles are free in their dress code and accessories, as long as it is appropriate and themed to their pieces
