Festsaal WFH (Singers & Orchestra):
13:30 Singers arrival, warm up
13:45-15:00 Singers rehearsal (Singers break until 15:30)
15:00 Orchestra arrival, chairs & music stands on stage, tuning
15:30 Singers & Orchestra – Adiemus – 16:00 Singers dismissed
16:00 Orchestra rehearsal
16:55 Orchestra dismissed
17:00 ALL CALL; arrive in concert attire to the Festsaal
17:05 Group pictures
17:30 Doors open
18:00 CONCERT STARTS
Bring water and snacks with you!
Wirtshaus WFH (RABB):
Kit load Thursday evening (everyone help) cars: ChristophZ, Ray, Davy, CarinaK
Tech setup from 15:00 – Richard, Ray, Davy, Elaine (Christoph/ Carina help if you like)
16:15 initial sound check (be ready to play!); players who are in the orchestra (Richard, Elaine, Bent, Michael D.) need to be at sound check for 16:30
BB helpers for box office and ticket checks: Miguel, Daniel, Mirja, Edu, Thomas S., Ilya, James (see Frances from the choir for coordination)
Approx. 20:45 after performance: tear down and load cars ALL – then feel free to have some food and drink
Transport to KG: Davy, Carina, Ryanne, (Ray) – Miguel help unload
17:00 ALL CALL; arrive in concert attire to the Festsaal
17:05 Group pictures
17:15 Box office opens
17:30 Doors open
18:00 (Festsaal S&O) concert start
~19:20 – 20:30 RABB “post-concert party”
DRESS CODE
Orchestra:
* Men: black trousers, black shirts, black shoes; women: all black, black or colourful shoes
* Colorful accent: women could wear accent above the waist and visible from the front, men can wear colourful or seasonally themed tie, bow tie or pocket square.
Singers
* Men: black trousers, black shirts, black (or colorful) shoes; women: all black, black or colourful shoes
* Colourful accent: women could wear accent above the waist and visible from the front, men can wear colours or seasonally-themed tie, bow tie or pocket square.
RABB
* Black/ Burgundy braces/ suspenders if inside the Wirtshaus
* RABB t-shirts with plain bottoms/ jeans/ shorts if in the Biergarten
We will follow the forecast and let you know in the Signal group Saturday morning at the latest!
Don’t Forget:
* Orchestra/ choir: your music must be in a black folder!
* All orchestra instrumentalists: music stands will not be provided, bring your music stands with you!
* Big Band – we will NOT be taking the box stands for the saxes. Saxes, trombones and rhythm need to bring your own stands (we don’t have space in the cars to bring the stand box)

Tickets are on sale: https://esme-ev.de/tickets/
All seating is open: first come, first served. Children below the age of 7 are free if they will sit on an adult’s lap (Schoßkinder) and they do not need tickets.
No refunds, but you may exchange your ticket freely.
Online sales end on Friday, July 4 th
We will have a box office at the venue if we have not sold out in advance!
