Halle 1: concert, rehearsals / Halle 2: backstage, dressing room, warmup
SCHEDULE
- 11:00 -11:15 The key handover,
- Helpers arrives to set stage raisers in the Halle 1 (move from the Halle 2), prepare music stands and chairs for musicians, sound set, sound check
- 11:45 – Ensembles group 1. (mic): sound check, rehearsal
- 12:15 – Ensembles group 2. (no mic): rehearsal
- 12:45 – Singers arrives to Halle 2: warm up, rehearsal in Halle 1
- 13:30 – Ensembles group 3. (musicians) – Tuning, rehearsal
- 14:15 – ALL: run through – tops and tales, transitions
- 15:00 – ALL CALL; arrive in concert attire – Halle 1
- 15:05 – Group pictures
- 15:15 – Abendkasse set, tickets sale from 15:30
- 15:30 – Doors open
- 16:00 – CONCERT STARTS
after the Concert:
Helpers to move the stage risers back to the Halle 2
- Ensembles gr. 1 – Ensembles using microphone
- Ensembles gr. 2 – Ensembles with choir’s members, no microphone
- Ensembles gr. 3 – musicians
Ensembles – please arrive before the rehearsal time to warm up and prepare your equipment (eg. music stands)

For those unfamiliar with the venue: The entrance is from Einsteinstraße 42 (NOT the office at number 34!) through the archway below then to the right through the glass atrium down the stairs.
Nearest Public transport:
U4 and U5, Tram 19, 21, 37 to Max-Weber-Platz

There are discounts for children, students, unemployed and retired (upon proof). Children below 7 sitting on an adult’s lap are free (Schoßkind).
Abendkasse:
If any tickets are still available, there will be an Abendkasse opening at 15:30 on concert day at Einstein Kultur.

- All Performers – your music must be in a black folder!
- Musicians – music stands will be provided
DRESS CODE
- Men: black trousers, black shirts, black shoes; Women all black, black or colorful shoes
- colorful accent: women should wear accent above the waist and visible from the front, men can wear colors or seasonally themed tie, bow tie or pocket square
- small ensembles are free in their dress code and accessories, as long as it is appropriate and themed to their pieces
No food or drink will be provided at the venue. The venue will operate a bar, but it will not be on our schedule!
