13:40-14:10 – ESME Singers – arrival and warm-up (just half an hour designated for this – please ensure you are ON TIME!)
14:10-14:40 – Koreanischer Frauenchorarrival and warm-up
14:40 – Doors open
15:00 – Concert begins (ESME)
approx. 15:45 – Interval (drinks and cake/biscuits will be available for purchase)
approx. 16:15 – Concert continues (Koreanischer Frauenchor)
17:00 – Concert ends

PARKING: The Hasenbergl neighborhood is notoriously difficult for finding parking. Street parking can be found, with patience, in the residential areas surrounding Stadtteilkultur. Pay close attention to parking signs to avoid fines.

DRESS CODE AND BELONGINGS
- Suits: Black trousers with black jacket and white shirt
- Dress/Skirt and Blouse: All black with black panty-hose
- Accents: colourful or seasonally-themed tie, pocket square, hair ornament, jewellery, scarf or other accent above waist
- Black shoes
