13:15 Singers arrival, warm up outside the Festsaal
13:30 BB & Singers – “Lullaby of Broadway” (15 min), 13:45 BB dismissed exept the Rhythm section
13:45 Singers & Percussion and Guitars (BB) – “Somebody to love” (20 min), BB piano to the back
14:05 Singers rehearsal remaining repertoire
15:30 Orchestra arrival, chairs & music stands on stage, tuning
15:45 Singers & Orchestra – “Habanera”, 16:00 Singers dismissed
16:00 Orchestra rehearsal
16:55 Orchestra dismissed
17:00 ALL CALL; arrive in concert attire to the Festsaal
17:05 Group pictures
17:30 Doors open
18:00 CONCERT STARTS
DRESS CODE
Orchestra:
* Men: black trousers, white shirts, black jacket, black shoes; Women: all black, black or colorful shoes
* colorful accent: Women could wear accent above the waist and visible from the front, Men can wear colorful or seasonally themed tie, bow tie or pocket square.
Singers
* Men: black trousers, black shirts, black shoes; Women: all black, black or colorful shoes

Dont Forget:
* All Performers: your music must be in a black folder!
* All Musicians: music stands will not be provided, bring your music stands with you!

All seating is open: first come, first served. Children below the age of 7 are free if they will sit on an adult’s lap (Schoßkinder) and they do not need tickets.
No refunds, but you may exchange your ticket freely.

How to get there:
Official Parking: is at the Feldbergschule in the Feldbergstrasse. For performers we would like to keep this to a minimum as we have a number of cars transporting equipment and we would need to leave spaces for people from audience wanting to take the car.
Public transport:
U5 to “Michaelibad”
Bus 195 (towards “Neuperlach Süd”) to bus stop “Spertentalstraße”
S4/ S6 or U2 to “Trudering”
Bus 193 (towards “Haar, Jagdfeldzentrum”) to bus stop “Kulturzentrum Trudering”
From Trudering Station (S and U-Bahn) it is an approx. 10-15 minute walk to the Kulturzentrum.
